We stayed here for our Lake District trip during the May half-term, and hands down, it’s one of the best Premier Inn hotels we’ve ever been to.
The room was perfectly clean and well-kept. A special shout-out to the staff for leaving a welcome message and some treats (juices and snacks) for the two little ones—the kids loved it, and it was incredibly thoughtful.
We had two breakfasts and a dinner at the restaurant, and the service was top-notch. The staff were so polite and very attentive to the children's needs.
Location-wise, Ulverston is a great shout if you're visiting the Lakes. Accommodation isn't as pricey or crowded as the main tourist hubs, yet it’s still within easy reach. Will definitely be back.

Visited this hotel to stay for competing in The Great North Swim. 3 nights stay and I have to say, we had a fantastic time!!! So comfortable and welcoming. Being honest, the highlight of the entire stay was Janet. What an incredible member of staff she is! She was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like family! Welcomed out crazy family with open arms!!!! Remembering drink orders and food orders, very impressed. Cannot thank her and praise her enough. I hope to goodness she gets given the credit that she so strongly deserves. Awesome lady!!!!! We will absolutely stay again next year, although looking to stay before then due to the most amazing service from Janet!

The best Premier inn we've stayed at. Super clean, lovely location. Lovely added touch of marshmallows and chocolate bars in the room. The children really appreciated them. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.
