  能达到好评的就是地面停车场免费，服务一般，带80岁老人入住，想把两间房换到一起，答复“无能为力”，卫生间换气扇吵的像飞机，找服务人员，答复“正常”

  I stay here a few times a month for work and first time ive been put into the Premier plus room and it was lovely! The Standard rooms are always great but this was a step above, the staff are always lovely and remeber me by face/name which is always welcomed! The meal deals are spot on when you just want a quick fix before bed after a long day at work without needing to find somewhere 👍

  Rooms are ok, nothing spectacular, parking is limited and the food and drink provision not worth the money. Premier Inn have already closed the restaurant chains but the current food/drink provision is inadequate for a business traveller in all of them. It's not a cheap and cheerful option any more, another chain is going to take over as top dog soon

  This hotel is perfectly situated in Penrith to visit the town or use as a base to explore further into the Lake District. There is ample parking and it's free when you enter your registration in the Hotel system. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely huge and certainly bigger than anticipated. There are three floors including the ground floor so although there is a lift you can get up and down quite easily using the stairs too which is a bonus. I didn't eat here but my colleague did with mixed reviews. Lengthy wait of around an hour and some good food, some bad. I can't really go into detail as it wouldn't be fair to use his experience when I didn't try it. Personally I went out to eat as there are ample restaurants, bars and takeaways within easy walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand I did have and it was a very good all you can eat buffet ... All very tasty. Probably the only downside was you could here quite a lot of noise of people moving about in other rooms and on other floors. This must be a known issue as there are lots of signs asking you to 'tip-toe' around. This being said it wasn't really too much of an issue for me, even though it was noticeable. I believe the hotel is quite pricey for a 'buget' line, but I was there through work so again can't let that impact my honest review. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have had this year with the free and ample parking and great room.
