I would not recommend this Hotel. Parking is small and incurs an extra charge. Customer service at check-in was awful. The lady at desk who is doing check-in was impolite and barely bothered to answer our questions. The breakfast area was poorly managed and staff were extremely slow, key options were missing compared to other Premier Inns, and the cutlery was unwashed and stained. Definitely not up to standard.

There’s a parking problem! There are no spaces available. I managed to park for one night, but by the second night, there was no room left. I parked my car for just 15 minutes to ask the front desk what to do, and because of that, I had to pay another £16 for the day—even though the car ultimately ended up in a different lot where I also had to pay! On top of that, there were two empty spots, but for some reason, you aren't allowed to park there! I do not recommend this hotel because of the parking issues!

Good new Hotel great value for family, good breakfast spread also.less than 5 mins walk to Town center and 10 mins walk to Lake.
Parking in hotel is full by evening, but can park opposite small car park or other options Rugby carpark, central , lakeside car park have overnight options these are walkable.
Great location for hike to Catsbells, take ferry on lake to Hawes end and easy hike to Catsbell. Hope park is beautiful and has minigolf options too.Beautiful Derwentwater Lake.
Beautifully relaxing stay at the premier inn Keswick.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely immaculate. The only minor thing was the coffee machine had leaked overnight which was easily cleaned up though 😂 and the net curtain pole had come down, admittedly my own fault for being overly zealous when pulling back the main curtains, however it was easily rectified also!
The room had air conditioning and it worked without issue and was very effective for a comfortable night's sleep.
Lovely view from room 212, very quiet and peaceful.
Check out times are 12 noon which is fabulous especially if you just want to relax or have a lay in before you depart.
Adam is an amazing host and the team here are a credit to the brand, they all work so hard and efficiently to keep things running smoothly in a very busy hotel. I had no issues with any of them during my stay, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
I'll be back! 💛

So far so bad. Only been here for 2 Nights so far. First day arrived after a long journey and wanted to sit and have some food. At check in asked if we could have a menu for food, was told sorry no food tonight as 26 people have booked for group. No real apologies were made, so me and my 76yo father who has mobility issues, walked into town and qued 30mins for fish n chips (which was good btw). As a result my father is now in pain after all that walking. Staff were absent most of the time, popping out of the office every now and then only. We come back later and have some drinks, guess what nobody to be seen. Around an hour later a member of staff comes over and says, thay group have cancelled would you like food, albeit too late but at least he tried to help. Next day breakfast was all good so positives there, we then go out for a nice day out. Upon return nonparking spaces, so i asked the front desk where can I park, to which he replied I dont really know about the area so dont know. Then he sees a poster in the wall about parking ans says oh park here, poor guy was trying but had no proper training or he would have known. Also the premier inn website lies regarding parking availability. It staes 29 spaces + 4 Disabled. It reality there are 20 spaces + 3 Disabled. Other spaces are reserved for staff which were empty with cones placed. I usually enjoy a premier inn but so far our holiday has been spoiled by this hotel, if you have a car cobsider somewhere else. Dont think I will be booking Premier Inn again.
