- DTDan Thomas3 days ago4.0Understaffed and food was poor quality for the price
- CLCatherine Lillis-JamesSep 21, 20264.0Very restricted menu in the small restaurant.. only one gluten free option in the evening. Breakfast better. Not a proper kitchen. Staff very helpful. Overworked! Rooms plain and simple as usual .. ok for an and overnight stay
- NHNick HowellsSep 20, 20265.0Great value based hotel, good service, good staff, great breakfast, good accommodation
- MMMol MolSep 7, 20262.0We upgraded to a superior room which was small so I can only imagine how tiny the standard rooms must be like . Our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Ive had to wash every item of unworn clothing once I got home as they stunk of that smell.. The carpets were dirty and the curtains were hanging off the pole.. We also paid for early checkin which wasnt available. The lad on reception was quite rude when we raised the issue. Told us to read the terms and conditions.. Early check in shouldn't be advertised as reading through other reviews noone who has paid for early checkin have got it.. Very misleading Definitely not worth the price and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
- NNNokhchiAug 29, 20265.0Spent a few days here for work near the lake. Honestly, the hotel itself is like your standard Premier Inn like anywhere else. But in this hotel I ran into Sarah every morning when I went down for breakfast, and she was amazing. She was in such a great mood and instantly made me feel right at home. Super helpful, always checking in to see if I needed anything or if everything was good with my meal. The hotel is would be rated average or good but but Sarah made it an exceptional!!
