- SHStuart HallJun 22, 20265.0This hotel is clean, well-kept with friendly staff and is very conveniently located. Being so close to Junction 44 of the M6 is great for trips out further afield and yet the immediate environment around the hotel is green and pleasant and surprisingly rural-looking. Moreover, a huge Asda stores is only a short walk away. The hotel's free Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our six-night stay and was fast enough for streaming YouTube videos. The car park is large enough for there always to be easy and convenient parking and we appreciated this being free of any additional charges. We must also mention the fantastic, beautifully-cooked eat-all-one-likes breakfasts. A great stay! Thank you!

Staff friendly and helpful despite being worked very hard over a busy breakfast shift. Bar and breakfast area reasonably smart, and rooms OK but general building looking tired. Overall would stay here again to break a long journey.
