- ABAnthony Forest Bethell6 days ago4.0I stayed in the standard room, which has no air con, or fridge. Which was not a good choice as the night temperature was very warm and the windows only open a few inches for security reasons. My room rating is therefore bassed on a standard room and NOT a Premier Plus Room. I would therefore recommend up grading to the Premier Plus rooms which have air con and a small fridge if your budget allows. No phone was present in the room ( this is standard across Premier Inns though). So reception would need to be called using your mobile. A plus point is that the room had a bath and shower combined. I have noticed some hotels are switching to shower only now. Breakfast is standard Premier Inn buffet style. This traditional English ingredients were cooked excellent with the sausages being very tasty. I would also say thank you to the staff for cooking poached eggs on request. The Premier Inn breakfast is always excellent value for money. (amended review 17/08/2026).

- CJChris JonesJul 22, 20261.0Disappointed after visiting for breakfast a few times - Duty manager (Karen) on occasion wouldn’t allow us to sit near television. Only answer was no. Another duty manager, friendly on 3 occasions welcomed us and said sit where you wish on past visits. We went elsewhere today.
