- RARachel ArdronAug 9, 20265.0After a bit of an issue with oversubscription on the accessible room I initially booked can't say I was expecting much. But the staff did everything they could to sort it. I had my mum stay for three nights in a disability accessible room and I was very pleased with the whole experience, as was she. We were initially quite worried about how accessible it would actually be given we've had issues in the past, but non here. Nick on reception couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! Such a lovely guy really welcoming with great humor, there was also a blonde haired lady on in the day (didn't catch her name) who was also incredibly helpful. Only one thing I would mention the breakfast at the brewers fayre on the Friday morning was lacking ( nothing to do with the hotel) cleanliness was questionable, but on the weekend it seemed to pick up a lot with no complaints. Worth saying the staff were brilliant throughout. The accessible room was exactly that, it was huge and the wet room was brilliant for my mum. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Location great for easy access to where I needed to be the following morning and hotel was easy to find from the main road. Shops and places to eat are close by so convenient for most things you might need
