  I visit here for work and have had mixed levels of service in the past. I do think it is very important to recognise excellent service and oh goodness Ellie in the bar / restaurant was amazing . I work in retail and I watched her over 3 no ghts give the best levels of engagement ,service no matter how busy with a great smile on her face. She is superb and I hope the business recognise what a super star she is

  Consiglio questo hotel solo a chi deve pernottare per una sola notte. Le camere non vengono pulite quotidianamente e gli asciugamani non vengono sostituiti, né quelli per il viso né quelli per la doccia. Ho soggiornato per 5 notti e, nonostante chiedessi ogni mattina alla reception di far pulire la camera, il servizio non è mai stato effettuato. Anche il servizio di lavanderia è pessimo. Mi è stato consegnato un sacco nero della spazzatura in cui mettere i vestiti sporchi e, quando mi sono stati restituiti, erano tutti stropicciati e ancora umidi. Inoltre, non viene fornito alcun modulo da compilare in caso di problemi o reclami. Sembra che tutto venga lasciato al caso, senza una procedura chiara per gestire eventuali inconvenienti. La pulizia regolare delle camere, il cambio degli asciugamani e un servizio di lavanderia adeguato dovrebbero essere requisiti fondamentali, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per più giorni. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente e non consiglierei questo hotel per soggiorni di lunga durata. I would recommend this hotel only to those who need to stay for just one night. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and the towels are not replaced, neither the hand towels nor the bath towels. I stayed for 5 nights, and despite asking the reception every morning to have my room cleaned, it was never done. The laundry service is also terrible. I was given a black garbage bag to put my dirty clothes in, and when they were returned, they were all crumpled and still damp. Furthermore, they do not provide any form to fill out in case of problems or complaints. Everything seems to be left to chance, with no clear procedure for handling issues. Regular room cleaning, fresh towels, and a decent laundry service should be basic standards, especially for guests staying for several days. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

  La pulizia della camera si ha solo su richiesta, non mi era ancora mai successo. Secondo me questo porta ad una pulizia non accurata. Quando si chiede la lavanderia ti danno un sacco nero, dove si butta dentro tutto, me lo hanno restituito senza problemi il giorno dopo, però se za compilare nessun form sui vestiti messi dentro quando ci sono dei problemi come li risolvono.
