  We recently stayed here as we were attending a wedding near by. The hotel was immaculate, has great facilities and good sized rooms. We got back in the early hours, after said wedding finished, moderately well pickled, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Both of the guys on the night shift couldn't have been more helpful! Special shout out to Harvey though for putting up with us and going out of his way to help us with our 2am feasting. 🤘🏼

  This is a lovely Holiday Inn, very clean, and staff that would bend backwards to help, a very enjoyable experience.

  Sara was extremely helpful in resolving a parking issue. Her professional attitude made everything seem easy. All the other staff are friendly too

  I was supposed to stay here for a week in a suite. I made it one night after being moved to a standard room as the suite was filthy and smelt of wet dog. During the night we discovered that the second room had fleas. Checked out in the morning which took over 15 minutes to find a member of staff to actually do it and was still charged the suite price for the night refunded onto the wrong card. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay there are plenty of other places nearby. If for whatever reason you do go here whatever you do don't look up in the reception area. Looks like a massive dead spider is stuck in a web.

  This was the worst stay I have experienced EVER!!! I arrived with my mother and father to get our room and as we walked through the door there was a vile screeching sound caused by a lack of lever on the temperature gauge. We then went to the staff to find that it was a different member who responded to us by saying that this was a room that is usually out of order and that the person before should have reminded us. We booked a specific room that costed more money so we could sleep in seperate sections but they failed to have any spare rooms so we had to put up with this horrid sound the entire time. The bed I slept on was uncomfortable as it had springs that were digging into my back the whole night and we lacked a hair dryer that was promised in the lists of services. We spoke to the staff in the morning and they were able to give a refund for the experience before we had the breakfast which was actually quite nice but doesn't make up for the lack of sense and respect when speaking to my mother. Would not recommend this hotel.
