  Be very careful using this company, may as well just forget about your holiday, then no refund they pull the small print out on you……be very careful lost 3000£ due to their mistake, that they used fine print to escape from when it was there fault……

  Would strongly advise people to avoid using Barhead Travel. They give verbal information that can leave you out of pocket and potentially losing both your money and your holiday. Absolutely shocking that people can be left in this position after trusting what they’ve been told. Please be careful before booking with this company!

  PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH BARRHEAD TRAVEL NORTHWICH I’m absolutely disgusted by what has happened to a Family member of mine after relying on verbal information provided by Barhead Travel. They have been left facing the loss of both their money and their holiday, and I think people deserve to know about situations like this before handing over their hard-earned money. People book holidays to have something to look forward to, often after saving up for months. To be left potentially losing everything because of information they were verbally given is completely unacceptable. A travel company should provide clear, accurate information and take responsibility for the information given to its customers. People should not have to suffer financially because they trusted what they were told. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with Barhead Travel to be extremely cautious, get absolutely everything confirmed in writing, and make sure they fully understand the terms before parting with their money

  We visited Barrhead Travel in Northwich today as first-time cruisers, genuinely interested in getting some advice and potentially making a booking. Unfortunately, the consultant we spoke to, came across as rude, abrupt and completely uninterested in helping us. We were left with the distinct impression that she simply couldn’t be bothered with our enquiry. I find this particularly disappointing from someone working in the travel industry, where surely enthusiasm, good customer service and an interest in helping people plan their holidays should be fundamental parts of the job. We were also subjected to the usual pressure-selling tactic of being told that the prices quoted were only available today. Rather than encouraging us to book, this had exactly the opposite effect. The whole experience was made even more disappointing because we had spoken to an agent from a rival travel company the previous day and the difference in attitude, enthusiasm and customer service was stark. We walked in as genuine potential customers looking to book our first cruise and walked out knowing that we would not give Barrhead Travel our business. We will be booking elsewhere. An awful first impression and, unfortunately, one that has completely put me off using Barrhead Travel in the future

  Highly recommend Barrhead Travel, Northwich. Holly was so helpful and knowledgeable and got us an amazing deal on our holiday. Really went above and beyond to get everything just right.
