  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Chester Central (South East). The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the bed gave us a brilliant night's sleep. A special mention has to go to Phil, who was incredibly helpful with our enquiry. He took the time to assist us, was friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Excellent customer service like that really makes a difference. The location was ideal for exploring Chester, with the added bonus of free parking, which is becoming increasingly rare. The adjoining restaurant was convenient, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. Overall, it was excellent value for money and exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn—clean, comfortable, and reliable. Thanks again to Phil and the rest of the team for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chester.

  We had a recent stay at this Premier Inn, {Great Boughton} and the reason for all 5* ratings are:- All of the staff were very helpful and cheerful which in turn made us feel good. The room was spotless , comfortable, complete with the famous choice of firm or soft pillows {which my wife now wants me to order} and contained all the usual toiletries needed, hairdryer plus tea/coffee and this was the basic room not a Premier Plus. More tea/coffee etc. was available by reception...help yourself. Also there was air con so the temperature was always comfortable. The location was, for us, perfect because we were visiting relatives who live just around 150yds away. That being said there are two major supermarkets across the road and a frequent bus service into the centre of the city. I did see one or two comments somewhere about food {may not have been this paricular inn} but as we were fed by our relatives each evening I can only comment on the breakfasts. There is a really good choice of food available but for us the real treat is a full English and there was plenty of that and beautifully cooked as well. The nice thing about it also was that they don't cook everything at 6:00am and let it sit there for hours. It is constantly being added to as required and I was particularly impressed to see Ash, the chef, taking temperatures of the food frequently. We most certaily would stay here again without hesitation. Apologies for the somewhat lengthy review but if you're leaving a review just saying 'good' is not helpful.

  I don't often leave reviews, but a member of staff here went truly above and beyond even after he'd finished his shift. I don't come to Chester often, but during my ambles about the other night I bumped into a staff member riding home and asked him for directions. He didn't just point me in the right direction but went out of his way to go with me so I didn't get lost. The service was great when I was there, but a staff member like this, going truly above and beyond when he didn't have to makes this a special place. Stevie, the man with the red hair, is a credit to the establishment.

  Last minute booking so we didn't arrive till later on the night. Check in was super easy, all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, both on the night and in the morning. Even offered directions for where we were going the next day. Room was very clean. Was a little on the warm side but manageable. Cannot comment on food as we had to be up and out, but overall great stay.

  I booked here for 3 nights for work. The hotel itself looks very tired, bit I booked a Plus room which was worth the extra £10 or so per night. The weather was very hot, but the room's A/C was very effective so it was cool. As this was a business trip having a fridge and iron was bonus and I appreciated the extra space. Breakfast was a mixed bag: a good choice but the mushrooms weren't cooked and the hash browns were cold. The car park was full at the back of the hotel, but you could park next door at the closed "Twirl of Hay" pub.
