Beds were amazingly comfortable. And the room was nice. We didn’t sample the food as we’d planned to eat elsewhere. Great location close to the station and town centre. We only had one issue but unfortunately that ended up being a big problem. The air con unit was extremely noisy. To the point where we couldn’t fall asleep. My partner reported it to reception and the man who attended was deeply apologetic and agreed that this noise was unacceptable. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so no alternative room was available. He offered to cancel our booking and refund us so we could seek other accommodation but as it was Pride weekend we knew it’d be hard to do… plus by this time it was 9pm. He was able to access the air con unit by removing a ceiling panel and turned the unit off. At least it was now quiet but the room was too warm without it. Can’t fault the staff and their empathy… it is just one of those things. I would stay here again.

We stayed here from 1-8 Aug 26 with having three rooms as we were family with young girls on summer holiday. Very kind and helpful staff. Hotel is modern and its location is great. Ms. Sofia at the reception was awesome and very welcoming and my family really liked her. Also Ms. Muneeba was very responsive to our requirements and preferences. Regards, Khalid

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to the centre and from the train station. A park and the river close by which makes it convenient to pop in and out. Stayed in a Deluxe King Room for a little more space, they kindly provided the firm pillows I had asked for. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon efficient and the room was very clean and generally quiet. Shower was amazing! Loved the decor with little reminders of the location such as horses and clocks. Unfortunately staff moved me to a different room after the first night, the next room had an interconnecting door and was next to a main road which was a lot less quiet, something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. I was able to move again to a quieter room. Staff were helpful and friendly and were always able to provide recommendations and advice on visiting local attractions. Food in the restaurant was good, large portions for me! Great with communication prior to visit too. Have visited a few times so would definitely recommend!
