  Location is great, barrier car park, really good value for money. ( don't accept 1st floor even number rooms, noisy as hell with window open) okay with window shut, all round a great place to stay in Chester..

  Had a 4 hour drive from S Wales today to be greeted by Graham and his Team on arrival. They were fantastic, settled us in straight away, nothing too much trouble, and looked after us for the remainder of the evening. Amazing people. Looking forward to the rest of my weekend as a consequence. Thank you Graham 👏👊 you’re a Star

  Just a double bed....too small..,..plenty of breakfast but the cooked breakfast ingredients were very poor

  Stayed here for two nights. The staff make this place. All the staff, right from the staff on the carpark to the staff who do breakfast are so friendly, polite and helpful. Special shout-out to the man on reception, (tall slim and glasses) who couldn't do enough for you. Thank you for my veggie sausages.....you are a credit to holiday inn and the epitomy of amazing customer service. Breakfast fantastic.....lovely bar area, and rooms very comfortable. Only negatives were that the beds were hard and more storage space for clothes would be beneficial. However the hotel was lovely and we will Def return. Well done holiday inn...in our opinion you are rivaling Premier inn and we enjoy our stays with you.
