  No hot water in the room to have a shower / bath . Pub restaurant closed next door for good , staff miserable not very welcoming.

  Hi Stayed Sunday 21st and reported the notice I had from above until about 3 in the morning. I was not in good shape for my hospital shift. This must be sorted.. noisy patrons.

  Overall it's a good premier inn. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the location is great. However, I found that the rooms and the overall state of the hotel was a bit poor. Paint coming off, part of the bathroom a bit grubby etc. For a short stay it is perfect, when the conditions fit. There is no air-conditioning here and the fan provided in my room was a bit useless. The beefeater restaurant was nice however unfortunately it is scheduled to be shut down and transformed soon. Overall it was a good stay, a few negative but its a solid 4.

  Tired looking hotel. Definitely needs an upgrade bed not as comfy as they should be and room not as clean as it should be and bathroom was a bit of a mess. Don't think I would use this place again but it was handy for where we were visiting. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Been there before but about five years ago was nice then. But very nice now staff very friendly got a quite room not a good sleeper but really a quite hotel. Good pub a couple of now hand pulled beers could not want much more. Lovely.
