Only negative is the new ‘unlimited’ breakfast which you have to order once you’re down for breakfast and then wait to be cooked. So what was previously a 20 minute breakfast turns into 50 minutes to an hour. And it’s not unlimited because I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything else - I would have had extra beans but you can’t just go up and get them. They have to be ordered/cooked/heated whilst you wait. Not value for money anymore and not efficient for customers.

We went to our room (9) it looked ok but when we showered we noticed a hair on the tiles, the kettle on the outside was filthy and there's holes in the wall behind the bathroom door. For one night and nowhere to go, we made do. We always stay in a Premier inn when we go away, so we have been in quite a lot. This one at nantwich however, was the most filthy and sad to say, paint missing on the walls in the hallway. Let's hope breakfast in the morning makes our stay feel better! Such a shame as we do love a premier inn.
