- JCJackie C-TAug 10, 20264.0Easy to find hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Noisy, as close to the runway of Manchester Airport, planes flying very low over the hotel all night. No air, so had the window open. Breakfast in separate dining room, plenty of choice available. Unfortunately, the room wasn't aired well, so there was a musty smell. Bed clean. Decor, tired.

- ASAmanda ScottJul 13, 20263.0Hotel was nice - staff were lovely and room was clean. Unfortunately I stayed in the middle of a heatwave and no air con. Room was showing 28 degrees on the thermostat and although they had provided fans, these made no difference through the night. The windows only opened a few inches which didn’t help as fresh air couldn’t get in so the room was stifling. Asked about upgrading to a premier room with air conditioning which they advertise on their website (although to be fair not bookable when i looked) but was told these are still being built and not available until March ‘28. Sadly as I ended up feeling quite unwell I checked out a day early as really didn’t want another night of little sleep and feeling ill again for a second day. PI really need to think about guest H&S in such conditions as this was not a good experience. Granted, the cost of the hotel is very reasonable but if this is at the expense of guest welfare, someone needs to rethink co strategy.
