  I traveled and stayed in hundreds of hotels , Through-out Europe, Caribbean, US. I decided this weekend I needed to take my family for a break away from the house, As a gold Elite member IHG, This is the first time I have experienced a great time staying in the Holiday Inn Express, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, The staff was fantastic, Joshua on the front desk but to name a few. I say no more, The hotel was head above most hotels I have stayed. keep going

  Friendly staff. That's about it. Food is prefab and understaffed hotel. Dodgy neighbourhood.

  Worst experience ever! I booked a hotel so we can rest as next day I was having a show! At night air condition wasn’t working properly and it was going on higher levels automatically, tried calling on reception madden of the time they came and did just said sorry we apologise, n tried to Setting up and it will be fine in 5-10 minutes at was around 2:30am again same thing room was so high temperature we were sweating then i called twice same we are sorry and apologise! Around 5am in the morning they’re saying will give you’ll other room to sleep I told the room Service I have wake up at 6:30 what’s the point now he had no answer just sorry! Even while checking out I told on Reception all they got to say we are sorry will into it! Infect they had to give Refund or do something about it, ever again

  Hotel is missing equipment and organisation. E.g no coffee machine at breakfast no condiments on the table at dinner, you have to ask for them

  Terrible. I booked a double bed on Booking, the receptionist gave me single bed, couldn't sleep all night. Shower broken, spraying everywhere, no hot water ( just luke warm on max setting). TV not working. The receptionist a bit akward. Breakfast very poor. Good things: bed sheets clean, big car park. Just avoid, not worth it.
