- DMDebbie Margetts6 days ago5.0This premier inn really do go Above and beyond ! Staff at reception are extremely helpful and polite, we always stay at this premier due to it’s location near my daughter’s house, stayed this week for a family party , unfortunately on arrival our room wasn’t fully ready ( no child’s bed made up ) on mentioning this to receptionist they promptly apologised and said would sort it asap . On arrival back in the evening room all ready Sweets for kids , biscuits and free breakfast! Good customer service, and nice to see make small mistakes then rectified and offering something nice ! Highly recommended this Premier inn
- TWTim WestSep 30, 20263.0Not bad. But not that great either.
- LBL BSep 25, 20264.0Premier Inn always delivers, no frills and no fuss
- DDDSep 5, 20261.0Awful, don’t stay here. The dated dark room smelled of sweat and stale aftershave. The bathroom stinks of cigarettes. The ground floor room has no air con and was very hot so I kept the window open. At about 7am a truck parked outside my widow and sat with its engine running for nearly 2hours then at 8am someone began a leaf blower outside.
- LLLisaAug 9, 20264.05 stars for customer service - the lady at check in (fri 7th August in the evening) was absolutely lovely. Really friendly, and so helpful with getting my bike to our room. Rooms were exactly what you expect of a PI. Good size, got everything you need for a short stay. Would only day usb charging points by the bed would be useful.
