- LLLisaAug 9, 20264.05 stars for customer service - the lady at check in (fri 7th August in the evening) was absolutely lovely. Really friendly, and so helpful with getting my bike to our room. Rooms were exactly what you expect of a PI. Good size, got everything you need for a short stay. Would only day usb charging points by the bed would be useful.

A short drive from the A1 and situated on the edges of St Neots, shops and restaurants are all a short drive or stroll. Stayed here in the middle of a heatwave and sadly the buildings design and security trapped all the days heat in the corridors and rooms, with very little ventilation. However, each room came with a powerful fan, which helped, but it was simply blowing hot air round our room. In normal weather conditions I'd imagine you'd get a good nights sleep...
