The location was excellent, the atmosphere was very welcoming, especially in the restaurant during breakfast. My partner and I use the Premier Inn on a regular basis and it was the first time that I actually approached the staff working in the restaurant to say they were like a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine. They literally couldn't do enough for everyone using the restaurant. The manager Lorraine was exceptional and so was Isabella and the chef Valerie. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn purely for their superior level of customer service. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

I've stayed at many Premier Inn's and this is absolutely my favourite. I've been staying here for a couple of years, 4-8 nights per year. Fabulous location a short distance by foot from the main shopping area, or across the road from the river if you want some quiet. The rooms are extremely comfortable always immaculately done to a consistently high standard, breakfast is always very good and the staff are friendly who can't do enough for you. I even get recognised as a repeat guest which is lovely.

Nice beds, nice staff, room is nice and clean! Just a real shame they don’t let you use the HDMI port! And the tv isn’t smart so can’t watch Netflix or anything online!

Always bring family and friends visiting for the premier inn breakfast, hands down the best breakfast in Peterborough for value, quality and service. Special thanks to Tianna and Kamilo for everything they do xx

Breakfast crew, Kate, Tanya and chef Valerie were absolutely excellent. Poached eggs made to order, delicious. A great way to start our day.
