- MWMichaela Woods1 day ago5.0Stayed 2 nights. Gary on reception was amazing and was able to get us into a new room with air conditioning. This was amazing! Comfy bed, clean and cool on a very hot weekend. Great location to meet up with my daughter, sister coming in from Heathrow, sister and, brother in law. We all stayed along with mum and dad. A shout out to Gary and Helen, who helped check in the others.
- EEEwanerd2 days ago5.0Booked one of the Premier Plus rooms (which at the time of writing are only a month or so old.) Definitely worth the additional fee as it comes with air conditioning, something the regular rooms don’t! They have USB A and USB C sockets on both side of the bed, something the original Premier Plus rooms I’ve used haven’t had. Staff were great and chatty. Breakfast was good quality and wasn’t too busy. Nice addition of fruit juices available at reception.
