  Shocking service. Booked 3 rooms at the same time WE14.08 & 15.08.26. Housekeeping completely abandoned us on Saturday. Beds unmade, bins overflowing, no shower gel, and no coffee top-ups. Housekeepers actually entered the rooms just to drop towels on the beds, then walked out leaving the rooms filthy and dirty towels behind. Front desk staff was helpful, but management has ignored all our emails and final chase notices since Sunday 16.08.26. Unacceptable. Demanding a full refund.

  Perfect halfway house overnight stopover at A14. As is happening widely in hospitality, businesses are responding to governmental impact on "eating out" as a social experience. They are focussing on providing clean and well equipped overnighting. The restaurant and bar are within the reception area and are handled by the endlessly multi-tasking reception staff. You don't stay here for an atmospheric evening out. You stay here to get the job done in a relaxing and efficient manner. It works just fine and I will use them again.

  This hotel is disgusting! Hallways are filthy with sick on the carpets! First room I was given had used underwear in the drawer, items on the table, a door missing from the wardrobe and just dirty, 2nd room had excrement all over the toilet and floor, used soap in the dirty shower and thick dust everywhere The manager who wouldn’t come out to speak to us said i had to leave if we wanted a refund, this was at 10pm and we had no other options The food is also disgusting Ramada customer service response was shocking, they offered me loyalty points worth £30 which I have declined as I will not stay at another of their hotels

  اسوأ فندق سكنته في حياتي (والله مايستحق حتى نجمة واحدة) - متسخ وغير نظيف روائح كريهة في كل مكان. - سكنت مدة ٣ اسابيع فيه لم يأتي ال housekeeping ولو لمرة لتنظيف الشقة رغم اني طلبت اكثر من مرة حضورهم. - طلبت استعادة المبالغ للذهاب الى مكان اخر ولم يتم التجاوب معي . - بعيد جداً عن وسط كامبريدج ولا يوجد محطة باص قريبة للتنقل لوسط كامبريدج وجامعة كامبريدج لو كنت طالب. - لو سكنت فيه كل شيء بيكون بعيد عنك ومعاناة لاتنتهي . - الفندق في محطة على الطريق السريع لكامبريدج. - لا انصح اي احد بالسكن فيه (فلا اعلم كيف يصنف مثل هذا الفندق ك ٣ نجوم هو المفترض يصنف ك صفر نجمة) . - لو سكنت فيه لن ترى الا الشاحنات وسائقي الشاحنات.

  À fuir absolument. Hôtel situé sur une station d'autoroute où nous avons passé une nuit cauchemardesque. Pas de climatisation, fenêtres impossibles à ouvrir et plus de 40 °C dans la chambre. J'ai dû finir la nuit à dormir dans ma voiture pendant que ma femme et mes enfants ne fermaient pas l'œil. Pour couronner le tout, la direction a remboursé la nuit et le petit-déjeuner des enfants, mais a refusé de rembourser le nôtre. Un geste commercial mesquin et totalement inacceptable pour un service non rendu. Avoid at all costs. Terrible night at this motorway service hotel. No air conditioning, windows that couldn't be opened, and the room was over 40°C. I ended up having to sleep in my car while my wife and children didn't sleep a wink all night. To top it off, management refunded the room and the children's breakfast, but refused to refund ours. A petty and completely unacceptable response for a service they failed to provide.
