- AWAlex WestAug 23, 20265.0Just want to say a massive thank you to Anjum (think thats how you spell it) for helping cut my girlfriends 21st birthday cake we had such a lovely time at the hotel all of the staff were so above and beyond, and they deserve recognition for this. 5/5 would stay with you guys again.
- PFPeter FirthAug 22, 20264.0Great central location in the heart of the city. Reception and restaurant on first floor. Everything consistent with the premier Inn experience. Check in was busy when I arrived, but it was just after 3pm - even then when my turn it was quick and easy.
- SASarah AliAug 14, 20265.0We had a family quad room and it was super spacious. The rooms are really lovely and modern. This is probably the best premier inn we have stayed in. The black out curtains work perfectly. Bed is super comfy. Very grateful for the air con - when we stayed it was 34! One room for improvement is breakfast. The breakfast staff are very under resourced and there was barely much left, no cups, no croissants, no plates, no eggs which was at 9.30AM. The hotel is very central - would highly recommend.

The staff at the reception both days noted it down but there was a different person in the evening when I returned to the hotel. The location is good and the rooms for the price are good. Edit: In reply to the hotel’s review- I did inform the reception as I have mentioned already, and I did so both days. Please read my review above.
