Unfortunately, when I checked in, I found that my room hadn't been cleaned, so I had to return to reception to request a room change. Thankfully, this was handled efficiently, and I was impressed with how professionally the receptionist dealt with the situation. I had booked the meal deal and found it to be very good value for money. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and attentive, and both the hotel in general and the second room I was given were clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in the city centre so ideal for the shops and market too which I really enjoyed. Despite the issue on arrival, I had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the excellent customer service from the team.

The frontdesk service is effecient and friendly. The breakfast is very very british - and thats what I come here for. And the room placed in a long almost endless corridor is very jnice and comfortable. Clean, well-temperatured, very nice bed and a cozy athmosphere, though the purple lightning in the room puts your mind towards some other kinds of establishments. All in all a very nice stay in this very central located hotel.

The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfy (with the extra pillows) and the bathroom was clean. It's in a perfect spot in the city centre.
