  Lovely location with excellent front of house reception. Food in restaurant was very good but service and little slow, as there only appeared to be 3 staff serving, but they worked hard.

  Had an amazing night's stay, staff were very helpful, rooms were lovely and clean, and very comfortable. Also opted for the meal deal, including evening meal (2 courses) plus a drink and then unlimited breakfast, great value for money! 👍

  First time giving a 4 statement review for a Premier Inn. Got very mixed feelings about this one. Can't complain about the staff, they were great. The size of the family room was the smallest I've stayed . For a family of 4 I believe the rooms could be slightly bigger. The TV very outdated. Come on guys, It's 2026 you could provide better TVs . The food quality from the restaurant was average, not bad, not great but very overpriced. The drinks very overpriced too. The outdoor seating area could also be tidy and clean more often. I'll definitely come back yes but Im not eating at the restaurant. The location is great. Playground right opposite the hotel. Tesco express and Pizza Hut right on the corner . The area is very quiet.

  Excellent location if you only need a short drive to Stansted airport if you have come from across the country like we did from the north west. Room was great with a little set of crayons for our toddler. Rachele in particular was so lovely and helpful when it come to supporting us with a wedding dress issue! We forgot to pack it for our friends wedding in Italy and she helped us order one for our arrival on Italian asos. Additionally, she also went above and beyond to offer some of her own dresses for my wife, which was so nice of her to do in a stressful situation. Should we fly from Stansted again, we will stay here :)

  Last weekend we had a lovely weekend at the Cambridge Premier inn.- especially as it had been a very long day and the temperature outside was over 30 degrees. We had signed up for the meal deal & due to unforeseen circumstances , we also booked for supper on the first night. We had a stunning meal of soup, prawn curry for my husband & a healthy Buddha bowl for me. It was really reasonable priced & quickly served despite being very busy on a bank holiday weekend. Especial thanks go to the manager - who had a very well motivated team and to Ali, Jinu, Kayleigh, Sree and Rachel’s. Everyone so kind, efficient and helpful. Thank you so much all of you.
