  Good quiet place to stay. Good value for money too. It was our first ever stay in Cambridge. Very neat and clean property. Room size very good with attach bathroom . Twin beds room you still have decent place left in room to feel comfortable. Breakfast is also with adequate options. There is a bar also at lobby. Big parking space but its paid. Charging for ev cars are also available in parking. Location is away from the city centre. Daily room cleaning service and its staff both very very good. Overall good experience.

  Our sincere thanks to Jack at the front desk who went way above and beyond to assist my daughter when she had allergies on a Sunday evening with pharmacies closed. Everything else about the hotel is right for the price, but outstanding customer service puts this a cut above!

  Be very careful when booking a holiday inn. I went on line to book a holiday inn at Carlisle. After finalising the payment I found upon recieving the confirmation email that the hotel was in Carlisle Pennsylvania in the USA. I immediately rang Holiday inns and cancelled the booking. I was told that "company policy" is that payment is non refundable. They absolutely refused to pass on the name of the booking company. Sharp practice at it's finest.The bottom line at the moment is that I can't get a refund and the eight nights that we were away instead of spending them at a holiday inn where we wanted to be we spent them at other hotels where we didn't really want to be. Costing Holiday inns something like £950.00 . I have a better idea than me " reaching out" as you have suggested. Give me my money back.

  It was in a great location and was super easy to get around from! We cycled from London to Cambridge and stayed here for a weekend trip in March 2026. We parked our bikes out the front of the hotel and had no problems whilst staying here. They have a vending machine of essentials here for out of hours and convenience purposes. The front desk staff were also lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious every morning and they had a DIY pancake machine. The breakfast is definitely worth it in my opinion. We would recommend staying here and should hope to be back sometime soon!

  I travelled for a academic conference. Needed fo rest in between two tiring days. The room was chilled . The fan kept turning on with a loud noise every 10 mins whole night. It was a terrible night and killed the idea of hotel and rest . Could have lived in a cheap B&B. The water turned cold in middle of shower . I couldn't beleive this. I will not recommend to anyone.
