  had a lovely stay at Premier Inn and would particularly like to mention Karlie who was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. Considering the recent changes with the Beefeater transitioning over to the Solas company there have understandably been some adjustments, but Karlie went above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Her positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to help really made a difference to my stay. It's people like Karlie who make a real difference to the customer experience, and she is a real credit to the team. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. Premier Inn should be proud to have someone like her representing them! I would happily stay again

  I love this place - stayed many times over the past 12 months. Location is great with stacks of car parking, yet the rooms are quiet. And the cherry on the cake? The staff are brilliant - and Sandy in particular is always bright, bubbly and has been great resolving any little requests.

  Usual Premier inn quality and experience. Self check in nice and easy. Beefeater is nextdoor, so you have to go outside to get in.

  This was our first time staying at Premier Inn Bristol Parkway, and we came with a group of 38 people, so honestly, at first we weren’t sure how smoothly everything would go, especially with the check-in. Thankfully, Sandie was absolutely fantastic! She was so helpful, patient and friendly, and she really made the whole check-in process much easier than we expected. With such a large group, I’m sure it wasn’t the simplest thing to manage, but Sandie handled everything calmly and professionally. Her help really gave us a great first impression of the hotel. We felt very welcomed, and we really appreciate the effort she put in to help our group get settled. A big thank you to Sandie. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Their receptionist Sandy was amazing, helpful and very friendly with all my requests. The location is perfect with Aldi store infront, sainsburg nearby and eateries just beside the hotel. Everything is perfect and I really enjoyed the clean and spacious room. Would definitely stay in other branches of Premier Inn in other cities 💕💕
