The stuff are very polite, either from the reception and restaurant. The pizzas are really bad, the breakfast is amazing. Please can you start have the toilets closed to the window or make a window.

A standard Premier inn. Stayed in this one a few times on our way to Cornwall. Good location near Noah's ark Farm park, the harbour and a Sainsbury's right next door.
Only issue is only 2 cups in a family room for 4 people. The head office needs to stop being tight.

A Wonderful Weekend Stay – Thank You!
We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Portishead and honestly had one of the best weekend getaways we have had in a long time.
From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed with the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and the location was excellent — close enough to the town centre while also giving us access to so many lovely things to do nearby.
We had initially only booked for one night, but we had such a wonderful time that we hoped to extend our stay. When I asked on arrival, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, but the lovely member of staff advised me to check again the following morning in case there were any cancellations.
Thankfully, there were some cancellations, which meant we were able to extend our stay. This was a perfect example of why I really value the flexibility of Premier Inn's booking arrangements. Being able to make changes and cancel bookings within the permitted timeframe gives families the reassurance and flexibility to make plans without feeling completely tied down.
We were initially expecting that we would need to move rooms when extending our stay, but the lovely lady at reception was able to arrange for us to remain in the same room, which made such a difference.
I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping team. I mentioned the change of booking to our cleaner, and when we returned later, our room had been beautifully cleaned and ready for us to come back to. She had even brought us a fan, which we hadn't realised we needed until it arrived! It was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.
The restaurant across from the hotel was another real highlight. We really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, and dinner was lovely too. The service and food made it very convenient having such a good restaurant so close to the hotel. If I had one small suggestion, it would simply be that the restaurant could perhaps be a little more attentive to cleanliness in some areas, but overall we had a very positive experience.
What really made this stay special was not just the hotel itself, but the kindness, flexibility and helpfulness of the staff. Those little things — being able to keep our room, having it cleaned for our extended stay, and receiving a fan without even asking — made us feel genuinely looked after.
We were so glad we chose Premier Inn Portishead for our stay. What started as a one-night booking turned into an even more enjoyable getaway because we were able to extend our stay.
Thank you to the whole team for helping make our weekend so memorable. We would happily stay with you again and would definitely recommend the hotel to other families looking for a clean, comfortable and well-located place to stay.
Thank you for having us! ❤️

We stayed in the new premier inn plus room, it was well worth the extra money.
The staff were lovely and it's only a 10 minute walk to the amenities and marina.

Good location, rooms immaculate. Only issue was parking...the disabled bays are used by non blue badge holders and we struggled to get our lad out into his wheelchair because of this. Also they're closing the lovely spacious pub next door to squash everyone into a tiny breakfast room to save a few quid.
