- VAV ASep 28, 20265.0Nice, clean and fairly quiet, with a friendly welcome. Only downside was the receptionist announcing at the desk that she was going for a cigarette as she was stressed, probably not something guests need to hear.
- JJJakeSep 28, 20264.0We spent one night as stopover on way down for a holiday.location. Ideal for M5 and a visit to National Trust Tyntesfield. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and clean. As was bedding and bathroom. Booked meal deal. Dinner plus one drink, breakfast and hotel room total £114. Great value. Staff in restaurant very helpful and friendly. Our waitress Kirstie attended to our every need. Portishead Premier gets a thumbs up from us.
- SSSimonSep 25, 20265.0Great Premier Inn situated at a superb location, 10-15 mins walk to the marina. Rooms spotlessly clean no complaints whatsoever will definitely us again when on the move south.
- CTChris TwinerSep 20, 20265.0Always have a great stay at Premier Inn. This time we thought it might be different after the pub culling. Not a bit of it, the staff were incredibly upbeat and it was the nicest mixed grill I have had. Kirstie was brilliant and made sure we were looked after, well done! 😁
- JSJosh SelfeSep 18, 20261.0Parked in their car park and they took my car reg at the reception to send to the parking management company. I recieved a fine anyway. I challenged the fine, sending all of my stay details to the company but they upheld the fine, but reduced it as a good will gesture. I paid the fine as I didn't want it to increase in the meantime, but contacted Premier Inn. This was a job in itself as its quite hard to find any contact details. The national guest relationshs eventually got back to me, but the hotel itself never responded to me. They then spent months investigating and I had to constantly chase them up. 5 months later they eventually got back to me and said they would do nothing as I had already paid the fine. They didn't answer any of my questions about how may data was handled and what had gone wrong and they kept on replying to the wrong email address.
