  The standard of service from the staff here is incredible, the comfort of the beds on the quality of the room furniture. I found it easy to work using the built-in HDMI input to the television, which meant I could use the TV as a dual screen for my laptop. Very technology friendly, Premier Inn!

  Really lovely hotel with friendly, professional, and respectful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Free parking throughout our stay was a big bonus, and the location in the middle of a retail park was incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.

  Stayed here for five days as my husband had a operation at southmead hospital it was convenient for bus route as I don't drive there was plenty of places to go for food as it doesn't have a restarantthe room was spotless and the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble I would like to thank Michelle for the help she gave on finding the Chinese take away next time I would ask for a room not facing the road as it can be noisy apart from that a special thank you to all the staff I met on my stay.
