  Disgusting unittentive staff, Gross room. £28 on top of room price for parking. We were told food served 6 till 9 so went down at 8.15 and were told kitchen shut (even though restaurant only had 3 people inside) Kim (man) was very rude and added to the reasons of not wanting to return 😑 1 towel in Double room for 2 people, gross marks on bedding and no one to fix problems. Avoid at all costs!!!

  £150 for a room including parking, 1 towel between 2 people, stains on bedding, hairs in bathtub, restaurant opens at 6 by half 8 they stopped taking orders as they were busy although there was about 10 people in there. Inattentive staff, no one at front desk and 24 hour contact number doesn’t work when you call it. I have never been to a premier inn and will never return after this visit, absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs

  Over the last past 8 years I have religiously stayed at this hotel. And each and every year the conditions of the rooms gets worse. Today I checked in room 608 the room was filthy. The floor wasnt vacuumed( the robot didnt come to work today) along with the bathroom. Front desk came up with a brush and a towel to clean the bathroom. Asked if I can exchange rooms. Where he nicely told me no we are booked. But before coming to the room he was offering another gentlemen if he wanted to exchange his room. SMH. Make it make cents. Do better Premier Inn

  I booked a 2-night stay at Premier Inn with an early check-in. But I needed to drop off luggage to get my day started. I showed up and was given the most gracious assistance in dropping off my suitcase. When I returned about 6 hours later, check-in was as smooth as could be asked for. The lifts may be a little slow, but they are quiet as can be. The entire suite was in great order. There were minor imperfections. The coffee maker vibrated so badly, my coffee cup almost slid off. And it gives you two settings (small & large), but large doesn't really seem to exist. A previous guest had written the words "clean me" on the steamy mirror; it's understandable why this wasn't resolved by housekeeping. And it would have been nice if there wasn't a curtain INSIDE the window preventing a proper view outside. But again, minor issues. I added breakfast both days. The first day, the food was decent. The second, I was a bit later, and the food almost seemed to be without flavour. But it was still a nourishing breakfast to prepare for the journey home. Still, I would stay there again.

  Great location for everything. Rooms were spotless and tea coffee etc available in room Hairdryer and kettle in room. A.C. Was fab. Bed so so Comfy am thinking of buying the mattress. Staff were helpful. We had the breakfast included. It did not disappoint. It was absolutely wonderful. I now will always go premier inn jusy cos of the brekkie Only suggestion would be on the slope ip to the lifts there is a most definite bump whaixh caught me out 3 times . Maybe of it was marked ??? Would come back every time
