- SKSelina Kumari3 days ago2.0We booked a family room for four people, expecting two proper single beds as we have experienced at many other Premier Inn hotels. Unfortunately, the room only contained one sofa bed that was pulled out and an additional pull-out bed. As a family of four this left us very cramped, with limited space to move between the beds. Other issues included: No bedside switches (which is very unusual for your hotels) A dusty bathroom, which fell short of the usual high cleanliness standards we expect from Premier Inn A broken towel hook behind the door Insufficient hanging space for clothes for a family of four We are loyal Premier Inn customers and always choose your hotels because of the consistent quality and comfort. This stay was a noticeable exception and has left us very disappointed. We do not feel this was a genuine family room – it appeared that beds had simply been added together.

Parking is a nightmare and at £24 for the night even with the discount given to you on the day it's a hidden cost and a half. Staff were lovely and helpful. Happy to recommend food for the night and breakfast the next day if you don't fancy the on site restaurant.

No fridge in the rooms. Bathroom was clean, but again, kinda worn looking. If you get a good price, it's definitely worth considering
