We stayed in the Premier Inn at the end of June. We had paid for a room with air con but it did not work properly. I complained to reception who put the air con on a different setting. After an hour the room had not cooled down and I was rather begrudgingly given a fan at reception. We complained afterwards as Premier Inn’s reputation rests on a good night’s sleep which we did not get. It is now September and we have not received a response other than that they are looking into it. We have stayed at Premier Inns a lot in the past and will not stay there again until we get an adequate response

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic stay at Premier Inn King Street, Bristol
I had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn on King Street. The location is absolutely amazing — right in the centre of Bristol, with everything myself and my friend needed just a short walk away, including the Louisiana Music Venue where we watched Downcast, Stay Safe and SOS. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel still felt calm and welcoming.
What really stood out, though, was the excellent and attentive staff. Both the front desk team and the housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was right. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and every request was handled with a smile. They are a real credit to the hotel.
My room (219) was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and overall a great place to relax. The only issue was that the toilet roll holder was broken which was not a problem for myself however i did mention it to the staff who took note of it as a maintenance issue.
The Lady at the front desk last night was the star of the show honestly as me and my friend were craving a snack after our gig but the vending machine was out of our budget and she kindly offered us each a small bag of cookies which we really appreciated

In a v.good location but that's all i can say about this hotel. No bottle water in the stuffy room. Carpet has seen better days. The hotel could do with a refit...And to cap it all a disappointing no breakfast in the morning...even though i paid for bed & breakfast. Just horrible 😞
