  Leider war das Zimmer abgewohnt,Badezimmer verschimmelte Fugen,Frühstück mangelhaft,zu wenig Personal, Keine Hygienebags etc.Die Mitarbeiter zwar bemüht, aber auf verlorenem Posten.

  A Truly Five-Star Experience at Premier Inn Bristol Finzels Reach We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Bristol Finzels Reach, and it was honestly one of the best Premier Inn experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and genuine welcome. Kurt, the manager, was exceptional. He helped us check in and quickly resolved a small issue we had with the fridge within minutes, even offering to move us to another room if needed. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. I also have some food intolerances, which can sometimes make breakfast a little stressful. However, after explaining this to Kurt, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was catered for. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was greatly appreciated. That evening, we chose to dine in the hotel's restaurant, and the experience was fantastic. A special thank you to Liam and Vinnie, who provided outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Breakfast the following morning was equally impressive. We'd especially like to thank Ali, who went above and beyond every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was serviced every day to a very high standard, the hotel was spotless throughout, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the atmosphere—you could clearly see that the staff enjoyed working there, and that positive environment shone through in every interaction we had. We've stayed in several Premier Inns across England, and this one is, without doubt, among the very best. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team made our stay truly memorable. A huge thank you to Kurt and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. You should all be incredibly proud of the exceptional service you provide. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bristol.

  First visit here we had two rooms on floor 6 both ok little tired only complaint no usb ports . Staff all very nice helpful and when had a dinner they sorted out mistake with a small refund . The Malaysian guy in the restaurant was extra helpful and nice I’d stay here again

  Really great staff. We didn't eat here, but the food smelt lovely. Really kind to helping me with my disability and great parking facility for blue badge holders! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very clean room, bed linen, etc. Very pleasant stay.
