  Had a friendly welcome dispute checking in after midnight. A safe area to walk to at night. Hotel was clean and a good breakfast. Queit at night not a noisey hotel has you might expext on a friday night in the city.

  Unfortunately, a very disappointing stay. During the night, both my wife and I were repeatedly bitten, waking up with multiple bites on our arms and legs. We reported this to reception, who moved us to another room, which I appreciate. However, our sleep had already been significantly disrupted, and I was disappointed by Premier Inn’s response when I subsequently raised this with customer services. Despite the circumstances and the fact that the issue was reported during our stay, they refused to refund the affected night under the Good Night Guarantee and have now closed the matter. The way the situation was handled has left a particularly poor impression.

  Such a disappointing service and experience. Was up until 4 am due to construction that was right next to my room. Complained to desk staff and apologised sincerely, then me thinking I would get a partial refund. Was given a number to complain, then told I couldn’t receive a refund. Not even a gift card or a partial refund. Absolutely disgusting. Spent over £100 for me too not have a good nights sleep. Will not be returning.

  Really frustrating. What is the point of having a 24/7 Amazon Locker if you refuse to let people in after 11pm to collect their parcels? There is nothing clearly stating that access is restricted after this time. I’d just finished work and wanted to quickly collect my purchases. Instead, I got an unnecessary lecture from a member of staff about not being allowed in. If the locker cannot actually be accessed 24/7, that needs to be made clear before people have parcels delivered there. Completely avoidable and a poor experience.

  Das Hotel liegt recht zentral. Wen keine Behinderung plagt, kann fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum und das neue Einkaufszentrum gut erreichen. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Wer Zimmerservice wünscht, muss diesen für den folgenden Morgen am Vortag bis 10 Uhr an der Rezeption anmelden (nur ist es schwierig, bis dahin jemand anzutreffen). Bei der Ankunft am Hotel dürfte es meistens zu spät sein, den Zimmerservice für den nächsten Morgen zu reservieren. Das hat u.a. Auswirkungen auf die Bestückung der Cafebar im Zimmer. Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und kamen nur an 1 Tag in den Genuss des Zimmerservices! Das Restaurantpersonal im Hotel erklärt sich für nicht zuständig. Das Hotel sei ein anderer Betrieb, der mit ihnen nichts zu tun habe. Im Parkhaus wurde uns der Hotelrabatt wie angegeben gewährt. Das geschah aber nur, weil wir uns an der wieder einmal nicht besetzten Rezeption umgesehen und zufällig die Rabattkarte entdeckt hatten.
