  Overall, we had a very good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Malta, Archna and Lohigh in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming, and we really appreciated their excellent service. The only significant issue was the parking. We had considerable difficulty paying for the parking through the Q-Park system. Unfortunately, there was no payment machine onsite, the website payment option did not work for us, and international visitors may not be able to download the required parking app because it is not available in their home country’s App Store. We were told by hotel staff that the parking was under new management and that the hotel had no control over the system. The staff were helpful and tried to advise us, but there was no straightforward alternative payment method available. For an overseas guest, this was particularly frustrating. It would be much better if the hotel could provide a reliable payment option onsite or ensure that guests can pay through a functioning website without having to download an app. Apart from the parking situation, we were very happy with our stay and would otherwise have no complaints about the hotel.

  What a lovely experience! The gentleman on reception, was so kind. Honestly I almost cried. I just haven't had service where someone actually cared about what you were saying in a while. Even if I hated the room, the service alone would have made it five stars. I would definitely pick this over the Hilton going forward! Loved the room. So glad I had a fridge it was really helpful! The room was clean and the messages on the mirrors were a really nice touch.

  Walking distance to town. Easy to get parking. The staff very friendly & helpful. Mrihika,Faris,Vikram & Bipin... they're very kind to help. Food's for breakfast also nice. For vegan or vegetarian...just let them know.they will prepare for u.Tq chef Amgelika 😘 Thank you very much to all of them

  Trés bonne expérience.Literie confortable.Chambre propre et pratique.Douche impec.L hôtel est calme.Le personne estl aimable et serviable.Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. oeuf,brouillé,saucisses,bacon,tomates,champignons,haricot en sauce .jus confiture,toast,yaourth.bref petit dej super copieux .

  Upon arrival, the very cramped car parking spaces were a bit of a shock and if you have a larger car (by which I mean a 'family car' or bigger), you'll struggle to find a wide enough space. I noticed many cars had exceeded the restrictions of the bays. If you're not driving, this hotel is pretty far from the traing station, but is close to the main bus terminal. However, the hotel more than makes up for this deficiency in many other ways. There was a speedy check-in, thanks to the use of a new registration terminal, which I hope sees its use extended to other hotels. I was upgraded to a 'Priority Club Floor' room. This notably benefitted from a larger TV, full-length windows and a little more floor space. It could potentially be worth upgrading to for those having a longer stay. The 'mini gym' on the first floor was very impressive. Featuring a 'StairMaster' machine, it was easily twice the size of most other Holiday Inn gyms I've used.
