  This centrally located hotel near the bus station offers an excellent stay, despite the somewhat rundown surrounding area (not the hotels fault). The premier room we booked was very spacious with great air conditioning during the recent heatwave. The staff are great, particularly the manager who provided wonderful service for our birthday celebration - I may get her name spelling wrong, my apologies if I do, but it looks like Mrilfika - a huge thanks to her for her customer focus. Overall, a highly recommended experience.

  Had a great stay at the hotel I was particularly impressed with the great service Super quick check in. There were some refreshments available on arrival. I had an evening meal at the retreat and the food was good It is a shame the food service was not at the same level of polite, respectful and friendly as other staff but still great. Great location Comfortable rooms A nice well equipped small gym There is a car park - Approx £20 for 24hours I will definitely stay agin when I am back in Bristol Best service I have had in a hotel for a long time. Well done team IHG 🙌🏾

  Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. Resaltar la amabilidad del personal de recepción y del restaurante. El desayuno bufet es bueno, hay variedad y productos frescos. El café está muy bueno. Recomendable y volveremos sin duda.

  The hotel is located right in the centre of the town. Parking is available right under the hotel and you get a discount as a hotel guest. Rooms are big and bathrooms are well appointed with stylish furnishings. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was really good, proper scrambled eggs and crispy hash browns.
