  Visited on 26/08/2026 for a night, my whole experience was satisfying. The staff were really nice, allowed us extra few hours to check out with any charge, the toilet and bedroom was really clean and hygienic, the breakfast bar was well presented and good choices of breakfast, no noise in the area and really enjoyed my stay overall. A huge 5* from my end.

  Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. The lad, Jack, who helped with the breakfast service is a credit. It can be quite chaotic at the Holiday Inn end of breakfast service but the team does a great job of keeping everyone fed and the buffet area tidy.

  Hotel nice ha breakfast on choice veg and non v for . Staf good and so nice polite.. Location so good there is Broadway market , coch and trains interchange on walk .

  I frequent this holiday inn fairly often and I can say, the rooms are always clean and well presented, first class service and are happy to accommodate any of your needs where possible. Situated just across the road from the interchange and has the Hollywood bowl, bowling alleys next door. It's only a short walk from the city centre, where there is plenty to do.

  Stay on 9.-10.7.2026 The room temperature was around 29°C (84°F), and because the room faced the sun, opening the window was out of the question to cool the room. There was no air conditioning, and the temperature made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I asked to change rooms, but my request was denied because all rooms were as hot as this one. Reception staff acknowledged that many other guests had complained about the same issue. No compensation or alternative solution was offered even when directly asking about it. My biggest disappointment was not simply the lack of air conditioning, but the fact that the room information was incompleteand I was not informed about the state of the room when checkin in. I was only told that I should have assumed there was no air conditioning because it was not specifically mentioned in the room description. In the end, I had to book a room at a neighboring hotel at my own expense just to get an air-conditioned room and a proper night's sleep. I cannot recommend this hotel during the summer until the temperature issues, the hotel's approach to information and policy with customer service have been addressed.
