  Nicest Premier inn I've stayed in for a while. Modern rooms, with welcoming staff and a good breakfast selection.

  I ordered the Gamon as I have on numerous occasions at other Premier Inns as part of my meal deal. It was the smallest and thinnest sized steak I have ever seen literally hidden under two fried eggs. I sawed into it with an actual serrated steak knife and this took some doing as it felt apparent that it was the opposite of tender. The first bite into the small piece from my fork only amplified the initial prognosis. The sole of my shoe would be equally as tough! I attempted to chew the smalll portion in my mouth but gave up after a full minute and discarded it into a napkin which I left on my plate alongside the 90% of the remaining steak. When the cheerful team member came to collect my plate with the mandatory "how was everything?" I stated that the Gamon was too tough to eat. She gave me a slightly confused look as if she wasn't used to anyone saying anything other than the standard polite 'yes thanks'. I added, "can you let the chef know" and she walked away. Upon returning with my dessert I asked, "so what did the chef say?" To which she once again gave me a confused look and said nothing including not even offering an apology or some sort of compensatory offer given that 90% of the Gamon was left untouched on the plate. This level of service/lack of awareness/lack of training/poor quality is unacceptable and needs addressing.

  We stayed here after a day at LEGOLAND before heading to Chessington tomorrow, and have to say this is the Best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in!! Last time we stayed at Chessington Premier Inn and it was disastrous- this hotel is an absolute lucky find with the amazing staff of which my daughter loved Caroline!! 5 Stars!! Xx

  One of the poorer premier inns I’ve stayed at. First, despite paying for early check in, the room wasn’t ready. Then when we did check in they attempted to charge us for early check in even though we didn’t get given it. Luckily it was waived. Dinner was also poor. We went to the restaurant only to be sent back to reception, for the receptionist to go back to the restaurant, then come back to reception to confirm we could “book dinner”. After that debacle & the subsequent wait for food, it was sub par. I expect better of premier.
