  I really like this hotel. stayed twice beds are comfy breakfast is great lovely location just far enough from the attractions that you don't here them but only a 10;mins walk to the front

  Currently, there is no hot water in the building it has been like this since yesterday 9th June 2026. I do believe all guests must be reimburse, whether it is a free breakfast or evening meal or something off what we have already paid for?

  I would like to pre warn people DO NOT! Book with this hotel myself and my partner checked in on Friday 22nd May which was good then on Saturday 23rd May between 5pm and 6pm we we're chucked out of the hotel for spraying stuff under our arms and apparently the spray stuff set the alarm off but we never heard the alarm go off in our room or in the corridor we then asked people if they heard it and they all said no, then the hotel staff said we were smoking when we don't even smoke and we were called liers.they threatened to call the police and my partner has a heart condition and it puts her under lot of stress and we had to find another place to stay at short notice. Absolute disgrace by staff of this hotel never booking again.

  The manager is the worse thing about this hotel. So bad for the brand puts premier inn in such a bad light, it's a good job i have stayed in one loads off times because this would have put me off staying again. On a good note the lady at breakfast was so loverly and helpful the complete opposite.
