  My second stay at this hotel and it's still a great place for a stop over in Blackpool. Whether it's for business or pleasure. Very conveniently located for the North Pier, Winter Gardens and the Tower. Rooms very comfy, well maintained and spacious. Comfy bed, air con was easy to use and shower was excellent. Staff all seemed helpful and attentive. My only gripe was that I parked my car in the 'secure' multi storey car park over the road, but it's not that secure. Popped back to my car on the Saturday to collect something and there was a group of half a dozen youths skateboarding quite close to my car. I therefore had to move it to another level out of the way. I know this isn't the hotels fault but worth knowing if you intend parking there. In addition I gave my registration details to reception on check in and was assured that the discounted parking rate for two nights would be 'about' 11 pounds. The discount was clearly not applied as I had to pay 22 pounds !!

  Just back from an overnight stay in Blackpool to see the band Sparks. Wasn't sure which hotel to book but so pleased I chose Holiday Inn. Absolutley delighted with the location, the ambiance was lovely. All the staff are delightful, courtious, friendly. The room way exceded my expectation, the quality breakfast was amazing especially the fried bread which I haven't had in years just perfect. If we are in Blackpool again we will certainly stay here. 100% reccomend. Thank you.

  The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything Blackpool has to offer. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with great facilities and a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. It's clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Blackpool to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Stayed here recently and couldn’t fault it. The location is absolutely brilliant — right near the train station so travel was so easy, and Sainsbury’s is literally just across the road which was so handy for bits and bobs we needed. You’re also only a short walk to the promenade, the Tower, shops and tram stops, so everything you want to see or do is close by. The room was clean, bright, and modern, with a really comfy bed — slept better here than I have in some much more expensive hotels! Staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish — checked us in quickly, gave great tips on where to eat and what was on, and always had a smile. What I liked most was it felt safe, secure and well‑run — exactly what you want when you’re away. No nonsense, no hassle, just a solid, reliable hotel that does everything right. Would 100% stay here again, and If you want somewhere well‑located, clean and friendly without paying a fortune, this is the one.

  Booked a stay here for 3 nights with family upon arrival had a very warm welcoming from Freya on the reception desk check in was pretty quick but upon entering the room we found that there was no opening windows of any kind in the room apart from air conditioning which was little to non, Went back down to reception to see if there was any rooms either with opening windows but unfortunately was told there wasn’t due to “Health & safety” reasons & therefore unfortunately as part of the family suffer from severe claustrophobia we sadly couldn’t stay. I personally fine it really hard to believe that even a small/medium window couldn’t have been fitted when the hotel was built so at least fresh air / ventilation could flow through! Hotel all in all was pretty clean and tidy in an excellent location with both Blackpool north train station a Sainsbury’s also a tram stop within a couple minutes walk away! Besides the issues above I would recommend this hotel but If a sufferer of claustrophobia I would not recommend. After having a bad day as it is & problems with couple other hotels we sadly made the decision to abandon our trip and return home. Credit must go to Freya for the service provided upon arrival!
