  Walked in to a huge reception area with plenty of activity and people milling about but in a good vibe way. The reception process was quick and thorough, the receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking the car was a bit of an ordeal. The multi story is over the road and the entrance took some finding with a rather scary automatic door that opens when you approach it, then up a long steep ramp. Easy once you know but frustrating the first time. Only a mild irritation otherwise a really nice experience.

  Had a wonderful time again at Blackpool holiday inn, staff are amazing and the hotel is the best, clean modern still giving a friendly vibe, food is also excellent x x thank you all x

  Hotel that ticks all the boxes. Great personnel always with a smile. Good comfort in the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Close to the North station coming from Manchester. Will come again.

  Stayed here with my partner and our two grandchildren and had a really good stay. The location is excellent — around a 5-minute walk to the town centre and Blackpool Tower. The tram stop is only about 2 minutes away, there’s a large Sainsbury’s about a minute away, and Greggs is just a couple of minutes’ walk. There are also plenty of pubs and places to eat nearby. There’s a secure car park across the road, and you get a discount on parking when staying at the hotel, which was really handy. The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and our room was clean, comfortable , quiet and had air conditioning The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the military discount. I used my military discount card expecting to receive a better rate, but the price worked out the same as the price available when booking directly through the hotel’s website. It would have been nice for the military discount to offer an actual saving. Apart from that, we had a great stay and the location made getting around Blackpool really easy. Would I stay here again? Definitely yes.

  Prime location, with everything you need within walking distance. Tram stop is on its doorstep. The staff were welcoming and friendly. All the amenities were available, which is something a lot of hotels no longer offer. There was also a summer scavenger hunt taking place at the hotel, which our little one really enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. Issues were seen to and dealt with straight away and without any fuss. Breakfast was the standard buffet you find at most hotels, with the usual selection of items. However, there was always plenty available, and the staff were very attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back when we next explore more of Blackpool!
