Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. Great stay, lovely breakfast.

- WFWarren FosterAug 9, 20263.0A good solid Hotel far enough from the M1 to not hear the road noise but for Holiday Inn a little disappointing. Our room was tired and the sick tap needed replacing. On arrival the bathroom didn't smell clean and while the reception apologised the solution was to turn up with bleach and tip a bit in the toilet but no attempt to clean it. Day 2 the room was much better so felt like a one off. The milk for hot drinks was limited and felt very rashioned when asking for more. Having said this the hotel bar was excellent and food was as you expect for Holiday Inn although if you arrive after 9.15 there nothing for you as kitchen won't take your order. Tony's Grill 2 mins up the road is worth a visit if you need a late bite. Breakfast was very good but at £12 booked in advance and £15 on the day feels steep. I never understand why hotels pressure you the night before for breakfast when you should just include in the room price to start with. Over all 3 stars feels right. Nothing bad but just not want I've come to expect from a Holiday Inn

- LALaila Al-MinyawiJul 20, 20264.0Really good service from the staff. Very friendly and accommodating for an early breakfast for myself and other archers in Barnsley over the weekend. Nice sized rooms and good Aircon in some rooms. Dynamic pricing made it really pricey though.
