Overall, the hotel was clean and well-organized, the staff provided excellent service, and the air conditioning worked very well. However, Room 303 had a serious issue with a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The hotel team tried to clean and resolve the problem, and we appreciate their efforts, but unfortunately the smell remained throughout our 4-day stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding Room 303 until this issue is permanently fixed, as the odor significantly affected our comfort despite the hotel's other positive aspects. Breakfast was acceptable but offered limited variety and few options. Overall, the service and facilities were good, but the problem in Room 303 needs urgent attention.
