  When I checked in was given a free upgrade to a king suite, so things got off to a good start. The room was great but there was an error on the aircon, so asked if they could do anything and was moved to the room next door that was even bigger and nicer, and a bottle of wine. So the service was superb, the staff were really lovely about it. Would happily stay again. It's also right next to Brighton station yet really quiet.

  Lovely stay! The room was comfortable, with strong water pressure, hot showers and great air conditioning. The shared dining area and breakfast were also nice. It’s right next to the station but on the quieter side, away from the busy main entrance. Check-in and luggage storage were very smooth, thanks especially to the lovely gentleman at reception!

  Nous avons passé un super séjour au Staybridge ! Le personnel est tellement aimable et accueillant, tout particulièrement Rayane qui s’est embêté à nous changer de chambre suite à une erreur de réservation (chambre handicapé plutôt que chambre standard). Le personnel au petit dej, à l’accueil et dans les couloirs est tout aussi gentil et serviable. Cela fait vraiment plaisir !! Le petit dej n’est pas excellent. Il fait l’affaire mais beaucoup de choses sont industriels. La machine à café est vraiment à changer. Quand aux chambres elles sont propres, bien équipées et climatisées. Or, nous avions la porte du freezer casée donc l’eau coulait dans le frigo et une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas près du lit. Nous recommandons malgré tout cet hôtel pour l’accueil, l’emplacement et la propreté !

  Stayed for several nights. Overall very pleasant experience but couple of drawbacks. Pros: amazing location next to train station, very clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed, laundry available and was pods could be bought at the desk, very friendly receptionists. Also great breakout room with pool and book available. Snack bar and umbrella rental spot at the reception. AC works well and not very loud (low speed could be kept on during the night). Good kitchen with combi microwave/grill/oven and even dishwasher (2 pods were provided with the room). Cons: wifi was not very stable. Network Coverage in rooms 501 and 513 was quite poor. Quite often connection was dropping which required reconnection (like every 15-20 minutes), performance was sometimes unsatisfactory being unable to stream a movie and even less demanding tasks (main issue was poor coverage and high latency caused by it). If I'd be working I wouldn't be happy with the coverage. Second issue: after second night room 513 developed moderate sewage smell in the bathroom. Could be remediated by closing the bathroom door, the root cause was unclear. Was not a deal breaker for me but a bit unpleasant.

  I had an amazing stay here! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a fantastic time. A kind man named Arune was very helpful at breakfast. The continental breakfast was so good! So many options and everything was delicious. Overall, had a great experience here and would recommend to a friend!
