- DRDorin Iustin Ruscan2 days ago1.0Horrible Experience! Rooms are okay, but not worth the money: Staff that clearly doesn't like what they do and uneatable food. We waited 50 minutes for our food, and after we ordered, we were informed that pizza and hummus were unavailable, and what we got was a burned lasagna and a margherita pizza that you can buy better at Lidl. It was just a frozen pizza that became burned while cooking. My burger was the worst I ever tasted. We had to eat at a local pizzeria as our 3-year-old son was tired and had no other options. I would not recommend this place to anybody! Careful with what you eat here.

We stayed there last 09- 11 May 2026, and being world and frequent travellers, my input to hotels are down to small and details matter. I talked to the gentleman, and mentioned about the need to schedule mattresses replacement, as this items have time limit of usage. Otherwise, it would be too soft and we would be sleeping on sinking bed, and would be a disaster to wake up in the morning with all body aches. otherwise, all are excellent, as expected from Holiday Inn - started by founder who wants to provide a homey and excellent customer service.
