    Azhar and his team were highly professional and extremely helpful. I stay in many hotels and this hotel was a level above the majority of other hotels I regularly stay at. In the reception there is a wall displaying many awards they have won. Will be returning.

    Bournemouth for a Week We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bournemouth for a special birthday getaway booked through Agoda. Unfortunately, our stay didn’t start as expected due to the room allocation and some housekeeping issues. However, I truly appreciate the efforts of both Agoda and the hotel team to make my birthday special with thoughtful touches, including drinks, snacks, and a greeting card. There is still room for improvement, particularly in cleaning standards, but I appreciate how our concerns were handled specially by duty manager Ahker. We’d be happy to return in the future and recommend the stay

    Surprised people giving their review 4 to 5 stars. Restaurant is renovated - however hotel rooms and corridors are outdated. Lift is slow, doors jamming from time to time. Rooms and bathrooms needs refurbishing, carpet is old, bathroom / wash basin drainage needs maintenance, and I’m speaking about plumber specialist requirement rather than cleaning team. Air conditioning is present but very outdated and required maintenance due to excessive dust and dirt which has been released by air conditioning system while operational. We were unable to use ours even after hotel team allocated us to another ‘better’ room.

    The hotel seemed to be understaffed during the breakfast time. Appreciate the efforts the staff was putting as they were on multiple tasks all at once. The entry and exit to the breakfast area could be made clearer to avoid unnecessary queuing. The seating area also felt a bit too tight and congested.

    We recently visited Bournemouth and stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, Jabeen in particular was very helpful and polite. The hot breakfast buffet was really nice with lot of options for kids as well. Overall pleasant experience if going with family. We could also got to see the fireworks from our room on friday night. 10 min walkable distance to the beach with easy access to town as well.
