  Stayed here for a few days. Not really impressed. Right off the bat they charged us 25 pounds for arriving 1.5 hrs early. After travelling for more than 10 hours we didn’t appreciate this. Total money grab as far as I’m concerned. Too tired to wait and wasn’t going to sit in their lobby. Being a hotel near the airport, there should be some consideration for this. The room itself was dated and the carpet not very clean. The air conditioning did not work the whole time. I wished I stayed at the Holiday Inn instead.

  My daughter, grandson and I stayed at the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor on the August long weekend for a 2 day visit to Legoland. The cost of accommodation was very reasonable and make sure you include breakfast with your booking as it is excellent value. The accommodation standard easily meets its rating with a lovely lobby, restaurant, bar and well presented clean and fresh rooms. What really took to me was the staff culture. Hospitality is a tough gig and from an initial phone call on our booking, welcome at reception, assistance during our stay to our departure, the attitude of staff and service provided was first class!! The meals were delicious and staff were interested in providing a quality service including housekeeping. Well done and kind regards from Peter Wiltshire OZ

  The staff and food at the Copthorne Slough Windsor are very good and of high standards. Sania was very dedicated and professional. Stephen, Joy and Ashley worked very hard and despite being very busy handled all my requests patiently. I feel the service provided by the above staff is 5 star standard. Thank You so much for looking after me.

  Stayed here for one night on Thursday. Was simple to get checked in and was greeted wonderfully. The room was just what was needed a comfy bed and even a fridge which I was really impressed by. The rooms had a kind of 80s feel to them, which I thought was awesome! I love that retro vibe. The food in the restaurant area was amazing! A little pricey, but I could appreciate that being a hotel so wasn’t that bothered, the food was A1 I had a really good sleep and it was just the right temperature. The shower was good too. In the morning the buffet breakfast was probably the best Ive had in a long time. The staff were really helpful and made sure I was fed and watered. One of the staff there was Mr Joy, I believe? Was really attentive and even offered to get my coffee for me as Id already started eating. I will definitely come back again! All the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Next time I may even use the pool as I didnt realise it had one until I can on here to leave a review. Best wishes, Luke

  This is my 3rd time staying here and it never disappoints! Location is perfect for both Legoland trips and day trips into Windsor. It has a good selection of food and is clean. But what makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff that work there. Always willing to help, polite and friendly. A big shout out to Kiran working behind the reception desk for making our stay that bit more special with your kindness and for all of your help!
