  The most warm welcome I have ever received. I arrived after a 14 hour flight from Singapore hobbling and carrying multiple suitcases and every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home, not to mention the ladies at the restaurant are the sweetest people. What a way to start my time living in the UK. These people really know how to welcome someone to their country.

  Lovely location next to the lake. Great value, you know what you're getting. Deffinetly one of the better premier inns I've stopped in, staff were lovely & great help

  We stayed for 2 nights. The location was ok & a nice lake & nearby pub. The breakfast was standard for a premier inn. They had oat milk & vegan options no complaints there. Bit it is quite a dated premier inn in desperate need of a refurbishment strange rolls of carpet in reception & the accessible bathroom & room smelt strongly of mould/damp and there was a lot of wear & tear in the bathroom, cracks, peeling paper and a very dusty fan. The carpark also could do with some lines painting and the disabled bays need extra room for opening doors and unloading mobility equipment as currently there is barely enough room to open the door on each side without hitting the car next to you unless they have parked in between a space to allow a big enough gap. Many cars parked in the disabled spots didn’t even have a blue badge on display as usually required for parking in these spots.

  Lovely view from the rooms. Nice hungry horse next door. The lake itself is pretty. You can feed ducks and swans. Good location to Xcape to go and eat dinner or have a fun evening. Also not far from centre mk. Rooms have a bath but bath not the biggest compared to other premier inns. No lifts. Clean rooms. Room 233 is a large room and nice view.

  Hotel,food and staff very good. Only complaint for us was our room was on the ground floor just 2 doors away from a main reception and incoming security door, which from about 6.30 am in the morning was virtually consistently opening and self closing. Very disruptive to sleep.
