**0 Stars – Absolutely Unacceptable Stay**
If I could give zero stars, I would
This was one of the worst hotel-room experiences I have had. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and nowhere near the standard I would expect from Premier Inn.
When I checked the room, I found:
* Dirty and stained bed sheets covered with numerous brown/black marks
* Hair left on the bed/mattress making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned
* A broken piece of glass on the carpet, which is a serious safety hazard and could easily have caused an injury
* Mould and dirt around the bathroom, including around the bath/shower area
* A bathroom tap covered in marks, residue and grime
* Dirty/marked surfaces around the bathroom
* A stained lampshade
* Generally poor cleanliness throughout the room
I have taken photographs of everything so this is not simply a complaint about personal preference — the condition of the room is clearly documented.
Finding dirty bedding is bad enough, but finding broken glass on the carpet is genuinely dangerous, particularly if a child or someone walking barefoot had stepped on it.
A hotel room should, at the absolute minimum, be clean, hygienic and safe Unfortunately, this room failed on all three.
I expected considerably better from a well-known hotel chain such as Premier Inn. I would strongly recommend that management investigate the housekeeping and room-inspection standards at this property.
Extremely disappointing. 0/5 if that rating were available.

Room and check-in all good. Fire alarm went off at 3am, no staff explained the morning after or apologised. We paid for breakfast and then found out other guests got free breakfast for the inconvenience. I have since emailed/WhatsApp to ask for an explanation. To be told sorry nothing can be done, I'm not sure why some guests got compensated and others didn't. Very poor outcome for everyone experienced the same disturbance. I understand it was an alarm, but then don't offer anything to anyone, then everyone is treated the same.

3 star hotel with 5 star service! A lovely team who were super helpful throughout our 5 day stay, with kids attending snowboarding camp close by. Comfortable bed, pillows, decent air conditioning and sufficient space. Close to amenities.

Great central location, parking is around £9 a day if you can get a spot in the two rows at the front of the hotel. Right near exscape, pop world and theatres.

Clean, reasonably priced, and good air conditioning. Friendly staff too - Izi in particular is a real credit to the team. Very smiley and friendly, and went above and beyond.
No phone in the room though which is a pain because the WiFi (even the ultimate WiFi) is awful, and there’s very little or no mobile signal in the building. And there is no way to call the reception directly from your mobile anyway - so even to ask a minor question, you have to go down to the front desk.
