  The staff were impeccable and can't do enough for you and my elderly mother who was staying at the Premier Inn in Avebury Boulevard was looked after like a queen. She thoroughly enjoyed the time there and will have no hesitation in booking a room there again when visiting her sister. From checking on to checking out, this was the best hotel stay of her time in other Premier inns. The staff should be commended on their behaviour with customers.

  I have stayed at this hotel a few times, everytime I visit, I always receive really good service. The staff on reception are always friendly, polite and professional. Kay who works on the night shift is lovely and funny. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were nice and the food is to a high standard

  I went to the hotel and stayed for 2 nights. The room was okay. Nothing special, no fridge in room. our view was the roof of an abandoned building. very quiet hotel which was a plus. Breakfast for the first day was 10/10 lovely premier inn brekkie. The 2nd day was horrid. Food looked like it had been reheated and was cold. Eggs looked like rubber, hash browns were as hard as frisbees and bacon was freezing. Really disappointed. Reception staff were very friendly but breakfast staff weren’t. They looked like they hated their job. Location isn’t central and looks like there’s nothing around. Train station is 10 minute walk and centre around 20/30 minute walk.
