- DDDropEightyFour4 days ago1.0Sadly the worst experience I've had at an IHG hotel. In the middle of a heatwave, the AC didn't work. I joined a queue of three people also complaining about it. As is the way these days, the window in the room opened about an inch, giving no air at all. I was given a tiny fan which obviously just blew hot air around. Better than nothing, but still, the most uncomfortable night I've had in a hotel. I feel for the staff, as I'm sure they've had plenty of complaints this week, but I got shrugged shoulders rather than apologies. It's not good enough. £5 for a small Coke Zero as well, come on IHG, that's ridiculous.

Kinga service, with a smile, was first rate and a credit to the team. Dropped a star as it is High Wycombe but it's ideal for motorway access and I will use again.

Excellent value for money and was a surprise especially for the location x look forward to returning and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough xxx
