- LYLaura YarnellOct 6, 20263.01st time if staying here and we wouldn't go back. The rooms were very dated and drab. The door for the bathroom was all damaged at the bottom. The skirting boards were mouldy and paint flaky. Thwre was stains on the carpet in the room and all the way on the stairs and hall ways.It did state there was no air con which we thought would be ok,they did provide a fan in the room but was still very warm. The staff were lovely though

- RORoss OsborneSep 14, 20262.0There is no food or breakfast at this hotel even though it is still advertised/bookable! Without the premier inn breakfast I’d never stay in one! Rooms are tired and need a re fit, no air conditioning so even in mid September the rooms are very hot! Useless dirty dust filled fan provided that does nothing!

Last time they moved us, but this time the hotel was full, so we are stuck with it! Room temperature currently registering at 25°C! Not great when we have two assistance dogs. This is just yet another seriously disappointing stays in the brand. Premier Inn is certainly no longer Premier. Seems to be run on a shoestring. Seriously considering never staying with them again.
