  Great Premier Inn, staff were helpful at check in when the screens weren’t working properly. Rooms clean and appreciated the air con which worked brilliantly during a heatwave. Ideal location with a Turkish restaurant next door as well as a Tesco.

  I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Buckingham but it wasn’t the best. Upon check in, we requested an iron and were told it would be brought up to the room. We had to ask a second time. Upon using the iron, the power went out in the room and tripped the breaker. The maintenance worker could not even help properly. We were getting ready for a wedding and were not impressed. It was fixed but we were unable to use the iron again. Secondly, rooms are not very clean - carpet attracts a lot of dust and is unhygienic for those with allergies. The corners and some areas didn’t look vacuumed properly. My first night I had finished showering and looked down to see a massive spider on the carpet. Sheets had stains on them. The shower had mold and grime on the doors and toiletries provided were barely filled - hand soap for example. Finally, there is signage on the second floor door that encourages a quiet atmosphere and says “please tiptoe” only for the maintenance (painting man) and house keeping staff to be laughing loudly, having personal conversations and music loudly playing in the morning. My quiet sign was also hung on my door.

  Great welcome at front desk from Farzana. Standard room with big bed and additional chaise, nicely air conditioned during hot summer

  If You stumble upon Buckingham during the day You won't be disappointed but if You want to enjoy the night...that will be the place to be. Modern, Aircon, quiet ,big parking and next door to place where You can to up your calories. Always clean and ready, the price is right,the staff is nice and dreams are yours. Highly recommend

  Room cleanliness and quality as expected. On night one of two we complained to reception as there was a party happening in the room to our right and an argument happening above. The receptionist didn't even come to assess and I had to chase this up numerous times. The following day I complained about a complete lack of sleep because of this and was offered a different room. When I questioned why the noisy guests weren't moved I was informed that they cannot do this. Nice to know that the quiet, well behaved guests are made to move all their stuff to a new room while the noisy ones who disturb others get away with whatever they like. Personally I'll be avoiding this hotel when working at Silverstone in future and I'll advise all of my colleagues to do the same.
