- ABAndre BJun 10, 20265.0I'll keep this simple. The room and the spa facilities are good. The staff are good. However, the wonderful consideration, and sincerity I received from Amanda (working in the bar), was outstanding. Made this business trip, much much easier.
- TLTomas LozinJun 7, 20263.0The accommodation on booking.com gives misleading information, the sauna is not functional (the swimming pool is also not functional, but at least it is listed as non-functional). I also got a different room than the one booked (no sofa bed) and the ceiling was probably painted by some kid. Good breakfast.
- JBJulie BishopMay 28, 20261.0The hotel is like an ex council block, not very visually appealing but has a nice reception area once inside. We were overcharged by £100 and the manager says it was for dinner that we never had. We were never told about dinner and dinner was definitely not booked for us. We were told that we had a premium room with extra space; all I can say is I would hate to think what it would have been in a normal sized room, they must have been tiny. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a room opposite a noisy road with an adjoining door to another room which had children who liked to keep banging the door. Instead of giving the money back for the dinner that we never received the manager wants us to go back there again with a discount! We really will not ever be returning.
