  Rooms are very worn - stained furniture, ripped fabric. Breakfast is good. Didn’t take part in happy hours, but that seems like a friendly thing to do. Location is not best part of city though conveniently close to downtown.

  Clean, simple rooms with only basic amenities. Bring all your own toiletries. Coffee and tea available in the common area 24/7 and breakfast is plain and simple. They have a small 'pantry' style shop with OK prices if you want snacks, drinks and water. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  Perfectly reasonable city centre hotel/apart-hotel. The immediate vicinity isn't the nicest part of town, but far from unpleasant. Good little social events in the evenings too.

  Room 1210 was beautifully clean, so comfortable. Bed was amazing. Shower was good constants temperature of hot water. Tv was terrible couldn't get channels just Apps. View of the city dark at night but on a clear blue sky day is nice. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and scrambled eggs was obviously made from pre cooked packaged eggs. Not fresh at all and very lumpy.

  Wouldn’t ever go back to one of their hotels. The staff when checking in were friendly. However, the day I had my room turned over for cleaning, I woke up with over 35 bites on my body, which were definitely bed bugs. When explaining to the receptionist of the incident, I got a blasé response of “Oh no, that never happens. Sorry. Let me take some photos.” He took photos of the ones on my neck and hands, which I won’t put all my photos. But then he said after all of it to “Have a nice day.” as I was checking out. And that was that. It was so unapologetic and no care given, I came away crying in the end when leaving as I felt so overlooked! Not to mention, I didn’t kick up a fuss of not having any working AC. I got given two fans and a “well look at it”, then the carpet looking like someone’s bodily fluids had gone over it. The kettle for tea had some coffee in it as well, so someone previously tried making coffee in the kettle but it hadn’t be cleaned out or checked. If anyone is looking to checkout at this hotel, I would honestly say to stay clear, as I can put up with the dirty carpets and no AC. But coming away with an enormous amount of bites with no sympathy. That I can’t overlook.
