Because she has an allergy, the manager kindly walked her through the safety policy, demonstrating a fantastic understanding of food intolerances. The overall service was excellent, and our food orders were taken with great care. We were also permitted to sit at our preferred table. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the celebration. Thank you for a great experience!

The cleaning staff were also fantastic and did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable. Overall, Iwe had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to Latia and the whole team for the great service!

But then we had a random person enter our room the late evening, with the guy on reception apologising by giving us a pack of chocolate bars. After later complaining direct to Premier Inn, we got our stay refunded. Wouldn't use this one again though now.
