  The hotel itself was good enough but the restaurant was quite a disappointment in the evening. The first night we had a Caesar salad which was essentially just lettuce, the menu said it would contain croutons and cheese but these didn’t make it to the plate. The second night the food took over an hour to arrive although the restaurant itself was only half full.

  Was staying at the Premier Inn as i was attending Runefest at NEC Good staff, good rooms. Very good food (try the gammon!) Breakfasts brilliant . Shout out to all the staff though they where kind and also great to help with anything needing sorted out even when they where rushed off their feet! Cheers guys

  Had dinner here on our first night. When we went to pay my husband tapped his card. They said it didn't go through. He did it a total of four times before they said it worked. Turns out it worked every single time. Supposedly we are getting a refund for the extra three times. But while we wait we are out almost £150

  Business trip , on the whole the hotel was ok , best bit was the ladies who served either behind the bar or at breakfast Avoid room 39 it absolutely stinks, in fact that whole corridor does, massively wet damp stained carpet room is horrific with smell of damp. Slept with room window open however ground floor and smokers nearby! Avoid 39! Great for airport and business park.

  This is now an updated review. Very impressed with this with this hotel. Made us very welcome. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms very large, clean and comfortable too. Lovely staff at the restaurant and we had our 6 year old daughter with us and they bought it out with a robot for some entertainment and gave her a gift of a box of maltesers and loom bands which was so nice of them. Anyway and the bad part. There is a lorry Park right outside our window which sounds like a construction site as lorries come in and lift giant steel skips and bang them on the floor and drag them onto the lorries. I assumed this was just in the daytime but nope this continued all night and and we got absolutely 0 sleep. Extremely annoyed so made a complaint to reception and he said he would make a note of it. That's it.. make a note of it of my room number ! No sleep. Had to get up 3.30am too for early flight. I logged a complaint to customer relations. So no I won't stay here again coz I do actually want to get some sleep. Lovely hotel but cannot sleep. Please see video attached.
