- ADAj Digwa4 days ago5.0Laura and Pauline were absolutely exceptional with service and really looked after all my grandmas. They helped transfer one of our rooms due to one of my grandmas being a wheelchair user.

- SSStefan6 days ago2.0Sehr zentrale Lage. Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich. Zimmer sehr groß, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht (bei 35 Grad im Hochsommer war das sehr unangenehm) und konnte an den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert werden. Uns wurde an der Rezeption eine Entschädigung in Aussicht gestellt. Unsere Mail an den Premier Inn Guest Service wurde aber bis heute nicht beantwortet. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal im Hotel war ansonsten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Please note others who have stayed here. Service here is always excellent. We are regular visitors and every time we get consistently great service. Special mention to Gabe, who is the chef. Hard working, polite, efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Superb.
