  Lovely premier inn on the canal, food was amazing the lovely nicola in the restaurant was a pleasure to talk too made me feel at home. All staff are friendly and caring

  I did find the hotel to be a little overpriced for what you get. There is no parking on site and the room was so hot we couldn’t sleep at all. In the morning the staff were so polite and lovely though which made the night of no sleep a bit better. I can’t say I will stay here again as I didn’t enjoy my stay however staff are so lovely

  We came to Birmingham for a weekend trip to celebrate my mum's birthday and had a wonderful start to our stay thanks to Bernie. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and bubbly, making us feel right at home. Although our room wasn't quite ready, she kindly offered to store our bags and recommended a nearby bar where we could relax with a drink while we waited. Her excellent customer service and warm personality made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. A real credit to the team – 10/10 service and a genuinely friendly face. Thank you, Bernie!

  Stayed here for my 40th weekend away with the family. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bernie on the front desk is the shining star, she was super attentive, helpful and really a joy to be around, Thank you Bernie for your help!

  Was booked for work conference on a Monday by my employer but wanted to pay for an extra night on the Sunday, to save travelling early Monday morning, but we were told we would have to move rooms for the Monday night as they were fully booked. We were fine with this but asked if could stay on same floor (there were 4 of us). The manager (sorry didn't get her name) was absolutely wonderful. She ended up being able to keep myself in the same room and my colleagues on the same floor near my room. We were so grateful for her for doing this, it made our stay so much more easier. She was so helpful and has such a lovely personality. Would definitely be staying there again whenever we visit Birmingham.
