Here during a heat wave (35 degrees) room did not cool down. No AC. Terrible night. Windows barely open so not possible to vent with cool air even though it went down to 18 degrees outside.

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and the staff were all extremely caring, friendly and helpful
Upon request they very kindly kept my meds in their staff fridge, and were all generally were just very lovely.
James was patient, had great attention to detail, moved over me to a disabled room when I hurt my leg, Anna was ready to help with any problems and Matt has the biggest smile and most reassuring manner.
Bernie was so bubbly and took time to listen as did the lovely Nicola and Appu made sure my meds were safely kept in their staff fridge
Saurabh answered all my questions at ridiculous times in the morning …couldn’t have asked for more during my stay really. Thank you guys for your excellent work!!

Stayed here as it was about £40 cheaper than the Premier Inn next to Birmingham Central station. Only took about ten minutes to walk here from the station so I think the saving was worth it. The area itself seemed safe, and I walked back here alone from the centre of Birmingham at around 11pm with no issues.
I have no complaints. The receptionist was helpful and polite and the room on the fourth floor was clean, with a good bed, and an adequately sized bathroom which had a bath in it. I slept well.
There's a restaurant on the first floor but I did not use it and so cannot comment on it's food or service.
I would definitely come here again.

Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. But it’s not all good! The room was hot and the breakfast was cold!
