  Food average, bed very average, the linen smelt like cigarettes, pillows lumpy, tv remote broken, shower blocked, toilet seat fell off, I feel sorry for the staff as they try their best. The manager sits in the restaurant on his laptop taking up a table. My menu had so much food on it I could have skipped ordering food and eaten it off the menu.

  Stayed here a couple of times when visiting Birmingham for Uni exams and I can’t fault it one bit. The staff are so friendly and kind and the breakfast options are decent. The rooms are spacious and clean and the prices are good as well. This is now my go to hotel when visiting Birmingham. ❤️

  The good bits. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, great location, clean rooms and public areas The bad bits. Given room keys to an already occupied room, bland and overcooked breakfast (at least it was free), beer taps not working in bar, unwashed drinks glasses given, a weird banging noise that was continuous, sockets not working. Unfortunately walking into someone else’s room is a huge safety issue. Yes mistakes do happen, but why was this not flagged up on the system when we were checking in? The poor couple we walked in on must have been horrified and I hope they got some sort of compensation

  Rating I've gave are fair. It's good hotel plenty of parking. Close city centre and too star city big complex few minutes away room I stayed need few things doing to it. Staff were great. But one person I should mention he went above and beyond he was on the desk Friday morning has we left sorted out problem which myself and my partner were very happy with the outcome. Then there are staff members who didn't apologise or come to the room or phone to say there sorry that for double booking the room. Sitting in the room two people tried to enter the room when we were there we could of been out or my GF been in the room by herself. The breakfast you get in the morning there is a lot to choose from plenty of seating in dinning room. I will stay there again just hope the same mistake doesn't happen again
